In today's society feelings of business, stress, anxiety, overwhelm, lifelong pushed down emotions, traumas and experiences often stack up inside our body, over time these unmet needs impact our physical and emotional health, resilience and energy. This can be described as an unconscious disconnect between the mind (what we tell ourselves/ our thoughts/ our emotions) and our bodies (our physical health, needs and responses to life events).

These life events can vary from small to significant, they might be daily occurrences or big events, over time the stacking of multiple events and experiences left unexplored deeply impacts our overall health, wellbeing and life. Culturally we are often unaware and unable to see what is happening right inside us and we are so skilled at ignoring it we don't know how to resolve it, this can often result in reaching a 'crisis' point before seeking support or help.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a transformative practice that allows you to access a profound connection with your body, mind, and emotions. By consciously controlling your breath, you activate your body’s natural healing processes, helping to release stored tension, trauma, and stress. This practice promotes relaxation, enhances mental clarity, and creates space for emotional release. I work in trauma-informed way, grounded in individual choice, wants and wishes, my techniques are gentle yet powerful tools for growth and embodiment. Clients describe my work as 'radical' and 'beautiful'.

With 25 years of experience working in the NHS and an official certification in conscious connected breathwork with 450 hours of training (International Breathwork Federation member), I am a trauma-informed embodiment and breathwork guide committed to helping you unlock your full potential. I offer tailored breathwork sessions that address your unique needs, creating a safe and nurturing space for deep transformation.

During our sessions, I will guide you through breathwork techniques tailored to your unique needs, creating a safe and nurturing environment for deep emotional release and healing. I will help you uncover and address patterns that are limiting your growth, supporting you in shifting your mindset and creating lasting transformation.

Face to face sessions also incorporate somatic bodywork and self-inquiry, for those looking for deep transformation that is gentle and nurturing these sessions are the most innovative, supporting levels of connection to your body's intelligence and needs, with support from Fai to guide you on your journey and safely hold your physical experience in person. â€‹

I also offer online sessions, bringing the transformative power of breathwork directly to you, no matter where you are. Through virtual sessions, I provide the same personalised, guided experience, ensuring you can still access the healing and growth you deserve, from the comfort of your own space.

If you're in or near Norwich, I can offer face-to-face sessions, coming to your home to guide you through the process and support you in creating lasting change. (outside this area travel is on individual consultation).
